I love this family!!!  Not only are they wonderful and sweet friends, but they are quite stylish and a blast to photograph!  And it was the first shoot in a long time where I didn't have to dance around and act like a clown trying to get youngsters attention, haha. ;) I told them I want to use their portraits as a great example of what you can wear.  While not being too matchy-matchy, they coordinated well, each with their own personal style.  Love it!  Some food for thought as you start planning your holiday portrait session.  Call me and we can discuss!

Senior season is in full swing!  We took Samantha's portraits a little while back and what a perfect model with an amazing smile (I'm super envious of her dimple!!).  We covered a good bit of downtown Fort Myers, which always makes for a great backdrop.  And I even convinced her to pick a dance pose in the middle of the street, such a great sport. ;)

The weekend is here!  I can't believe how fast this summer is flying by and my goal of catching up on blogging isn't happening! Ahh!  But is has been nice to catch up on editing, albums and cleaning my office :)  Before I take off for the weekend I have to post this little sugar plum's portrait up here.  Payton was an angel to photograph, slept perfectly...such a poser! I remember telling my mom when I was little that I wanted to be a babysitter when I grew up...well after taking this precious family's photos and spending time with their adorable baby boy, I remember why I wanted to!  So fun!  He was the perfect model and had plenty of cute little expressions.  Not sure that I'll quit my day job to follow that childhood dream (haha), but I do love getting some kiddo time :)

It is graduation season!  And as we are gearing up for the summer of photographing the next year's class graduates, we're also finishing orders and books for this year's seniors.  We did Jenny's photos on Sanibel Island, a beautiful beach session.  She brought along a variety of great outfits, from casual cowboy hat to prom dress.  Loved it!  We also lucked out with a pretty amazing sunset!  Congratulations Jenny!

Whoa...it's Friday again!  Another crazy week but I have to get this hot couples engagement photos up here!  I met with Sarah and Brandon the very day they got engaged, talk about on the ball, haha!  They are such a sweet couple and was glad to hear they had a good time on the engagement shoot.  It is always good prep for the wedding day!  And I just have to say, I love Sarah's smile, its beautiful and she uses it all the time!  Congratulations Sarah and Brandon, I can't wait for your wedding day!!!

I can't believe it is already Friday afternoon!  It has been another crazy week of editing, shoots and album design...and none of my projects are quite blog ready.  So before I start packing up my equipment for the weekend, I felt the need to put something up here!   I think I will introduce you to my little helper.  She's technically my husband's dog, Baylie, but ever since we started dating, Baylie prefers me :)  She follows me around everywhere, sits smack dab next to me (even while my husband is on the other end of the couch begging her to come sit by him!) and gives kisses away a bit too freely...
