I have a couple days I’ll be doing Fall Mini Sessions this year for my local Kentucky friends!  I’ll be at Riverfront Park (that area) in Brandenburg, KY on October 26, 2019 and November 9, 2019. Below is the flyer along with all the information and some sample portraits.  Between the two dates, I still have 12 more slots (as of October 9, 2019).

Fall Mini Sessions 2019 – Two dates only!

October 26 (5 spots left!) and November 9 (7 spots left!), time slots below.

This is a perfect opportunity for the whole family (up to 5 people), couples, or just the kids. Babies should be sitting up on their own, or plan for them to be held.  Dogs allowed on a leash. $20 per each additional person.

Session Fees

Client agrees to pay the following:

-A non-refundable retainer of $25 due at the time of booking to secure appointment date and time. Remaining balance of $74 is due by the day of session.

Timing

Please arrive 10 minutes before your time to allow for any clothing changes or feeding. These sessions are back to back. If you are late, your time will be cut short.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling for any circumstances besides weather will be at the discretion of the photographer and based on availability. A $25 fee will be charged for rescheduling.

If the weather is bad (i.e. pouring rain), an indoor location will be set up. If it is a light sprinkle, location will remain at River Front Park under a pavilion.

Re-shoots/Refunds

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, poor behavior, lack of cooperation or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. No refunds will be given. If the session is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice, your fee will be applied toward a future session.

Archive

After 6 months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

Liability

Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

Copyright & Penalty

Alison Beyer Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the client’s session. A limited print release will be with digital files to print portraits for personal use up to designated size listed on print release. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any images created by Alison Beyer Photography during client’s photo session. This applies to “sneak peek” images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of each digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.

 Editing

Portraits will be edited in my standard style and according to my artistic vision. Special editing requests outside of my control will be charged at my standard rates; i.e. skin discoloration, braces, hair or clothing out of place, runny noses.

 Model Release

I hereby give Alison Beyer Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:

• To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that she may select;
• To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade, and;

I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. Revocation of this release is not valid unless sent in writing prior to the session taking place.
