Here's just a sneak peek of Natalie and Walter's wedding at Sanibel Harbour Resort. They tied the knot at sunset aboard the Sanibel Princess. Such a gorgeous couple and despite a little rain we still were able to get a variety of outdoor wedding photos around the property and at sunset on the boat! :)
Congratulations Natalie and Walter!!!

I photographed Tabitha and Bill's engagement portraits at Lighthouse Beach on Sanibel Island...at sunrise! Such a sweet and fun couple, props to them both for getting up early! I don't often get to shoot in the early morning hours (mainly because my bed discourages it ;) ), but I must say how pretty the sunrise on the beach is...so fresh and new.
I'm so pumped to photograph their wedding next month...congratulations Tabitha and Bill!

It's July 15! And I haven't blogged anything in a while, yikes! Usually my summers are a great time to catch up, but not this one. ;)Leann and Jeremy's beautiful wedding was last month. They tied the knot at The Village Church at Shell Point. Shell Point has such gorgeous scenic views...great place for photographs. :)This wedding was an extra special one for me, I've known both Leann and Jeremy since high school and it was awesome seeing these two get married! Here's to a lifetime of love and happiness (and lots of kids??! just teasing!) for you both! CreditsFlorist:...

Here is a little series of portraits from my last three sessions with this lovely family. We started out with a Christmas maternity session at Koreshan State Park. A couple months later I got a few quick shots at the hospital after Baby Girl #2 was born! A week after that, beautiful baby Elise came in for her portraits and then when she was two months we got the whole family together (or at least at my studio at the same time :) ).
I absolutely love seeing families grow...just six years ago we were taking their engagement portraits and here they are now with two gorgeous girls. Congratulations...

The summer weather is pretty much here in FL, so as I look back over this winter engagement session I shot last month in Ohio, I somewhat long for a little cooler weather. I'm sure all you Northerners are longing for the warmer weather..so all I can say to that is COME ON DOWN! :)
This session was special for two reasons. One, this is my drop dead gorgeous sister-in-law! And two, I have been dying to do a shoot in the snow! But wow, was it cold. Props to Courtney and Kyle for dealing with the frigid weather for the photos. I definitely think you two should come down here now so you can replace...

I can't get over how cute these two little kiddos are! And they were so sweet with each other for the whole shoot, I'm sure they never ever fight! ;) Here are a few of the photos that made me smile...

And once again...I'm a little late on posting these portraits. :-/ I enjoyed meeting this family very much. Both the parents work in creative fields which made it really fun knowing they had a creative eye too. In fact, Gretchen is an amazing painter..check her out: http://www.pawpalettes.com/home .
As I was looking through these I realized one of the locations is no more. The new restaurant, Firestone, has painted the brick wall. Crazy how downtown Fort Myers keeps changing, but it really looks great!

As usual another year has flown by so quickly! So in an effort to do something "year end-ish" I journeyed back through the images of people we had the opportunity to photograph in 2012. This has been the most fun year YET! I truly want to thank you all for your business, loyalty, friendship and artistic freedom! I love my job so much and you have all given me such an amazing year. I look forward to serving you this next year!
So here is just a small collection of 2012. And in the words of Benjamin Franklin. "Be at war with your vices; at peace with your neighbors, and let every...

I love this family!!! Not only are they wonderful and sweet friends, but they are quite stylish and a blast to photograph! And it was the first shoot in a long time where I didn't have to dance around and act like a clown trying to get youngsters attention, haha. ;)
I told them I want to use their portraits as a great example of what you can wear. While not being too matchy-matchy, they coordinated well, each with their own personal style. Love it! Some food for thought as you start planning your holiday portrait session. Call me and we can discuss!
